Paul Davis founded the company in 1966. He built the company on values, knowing that people needed assistance during some of the most difficult times in their life. As a pioneer in the industry, he was always focused on the customer. By creating an unique customer care approach, his company grew tremendously and now has more than 319 independently owned franchises nationwide. To this day, every Paul Davis employee strives to follow his example, aligning our organization behind a common direction, a driving sense or purpose, and core operating values.

Mickey McHenry is the owner and President of Paul Davis of Central Georgia. For over 20 years, Paul Davis of Central Georgia has solved disaster restoration and remodeling needs. Mickey is passionate about his business, and loves living the Vision of “Providing Extraordinary Care while Serving People in their Time of Need”.

Alex Arana is Paul Davis of Central Georgia’s Controller and is a valued employee at Paul Davis. She oversees all of the finances and is passionate about her position on the Team. You will always find her with a smile, and always ready to help. She works hard to ensure we deliver best-in-class results consistently.

Sandi McHenry is the Senior Contents Manager and brings joy to everything she does. She works hard to keep you happy and restore lives to normal. She oversees many roles within the company, but her most important role is reminding us all that we are one team, Paul Davis!
